I have swelling in both of my arms only when i sleep. sometimes looks ready to pop.also unusual salt craving and thirst. any help?

Swelling: Swelling of both arms only during sleep would be a most unusual symptom. If fluid retention from excessive salt intake was the problem, puffiness would be noticeable in other Areas of the body such as fingers,feet,ankles,around the eyes before arm swelling would occur unless you wear constricting garments restricting blood flow back up your arms. Have your physician examine you as needed.
