Epsom salt: Epsom salt is magnesium, so depending on how much you put in you may be getting magnesium overload. Normally it should relax muscles and but high doses may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, confusion,irregular heartbeat.Stop the baths, get a magnesium level and follow up with your doctor/urgent care.
