As you realize an internet answer to your question can never be sure You need an in-person examination. I suspect, but not sure, you have a rib problem not a lung problem

Your inflammatory marker is up. Either you have a respiratory infection or an infection that is in your lymphatic system that stems from your arm. Recommend seeing your primary care doctor to listen to your lungs and possible get a chest x-ray.
