Chest pains: Most likely at your age and that symptoms come with movement, then this sounds like musculoskeletal chest discomfort. Have you had a recent upper respiratory infection? This may be related to that if so, and you would want to be careful and get checked for infection of the sack around the heart if you have been sick.
