Have had a headache across my forehead for the last 7 hours now and have been feeling hot and my eyes have been hurting. i dont seem to have a fever. what could this be?

Though the History is limited, in the absence of known Migraine; -a headache lasting seven hours with or without fever requires attention. If PCP not available, Urgent Care or ER should be visited for diagnosis and appropriate management.

An unrelenting headache with eye pain should be evauted urgently. A migraine is possible but 7 hours would be unusually long. In any event, migraines are a diagnosis of exclusion and are made once other conditions are ruled out.
