Headache for 4 days with chills and no fever . i don't feel weak just in pain from my head hurting . also having pain behind eyes .

Workup: Do not ignore a headache of 4 days duration. Although this may be a migraine variant, it could also be an issue with pressure on your brain. I suggest a full medical evaluation with blood test and well as a ct scan of your brain and possibly an mri.. I advise immediate medical checkup. You can use adil or aleve (naproxen) for some temporary relief; however, your case as described requies further evaluation.
