Fevers,chills,muscle aches,bilateral knee pain. complete blood work up everything normal except dr. suspects rheumatoid arthritis from blood work, ordered more tests. referral to rheumatologist. im scared its multiple myeloma. how likely is mm?

MM is unlikely, but remains part of the differential diagnosis and rheumatology usually considers diseases from that spectrum in delineating your condition. Infectious or autoimmune causes remain high on the list otherwise.
