Not so easy: Ra is a disease diagnosed bya qualified based on blood work and clinical symptoms and signs. It can be made by your pcp but your best bet would be to see a rheumatologist. For multiple myeloma, the initial work up requires both blood and urine tests to screen for the proteins produced by the disease. Neither condition can be made by bloodwork alone. You need to see a physician.
