Pyuria: Urine is typically acidic, so don't be alarmed by that result. The 15-20 white blood cells in a urinalysis demonstrates a pyuria - this may be a uti, but it depends on the other symptoms and clinical context that your doctor will figure out. Eosinophils oh the urine is unusual and may suggest an allergy or rarer types of infection (parasite, fungal, tb).
