Discuss w/ doctor: Squamous epithelial cells in the urine are normal; it just means you didn't clean yourself sufficiently before collecting the specimen, or it wasn't "clean catch". However, high creatinine is potentially serious, depending on exactly how high it is, and whether you have sufficient fluid intake. Discuss with your doctor.
