The caffeine in coffee does relax the muscle group that tightens the swallow tube as it enters the stomach. If you lay down after, reflux might be an issue. If you are upright afterwards for hours it has little effect as gravity keep stomach contents down. I see little evidence it would damage the stomach unless you are unusually sensitive to coffee.

No harm in having coffee on an empty stomach. Take it with some milk to make it easier on your stomach. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
