I get some regular acid reflux,dyspepsia,gas.taking protonix & vsl#3 but for last 2 wks some nausea/discomfort during meals & bit after still. once i get some burps.things settles perfect.no pain when swallow.appetite-ok.no belly pain.anytng serious?

Unlikely: If you have been outside of the US you may need to be tested for a stomach infection called H.Pylori.

Seems OK: Some people have gastroesophageal reflux disease and can have similar symptoms. Otherwise perhaps mild inflammation of the stomach lining. Your doctor should be able to tell but doesn't sound serious to me at least based on description.
