Any time i have my bath with hot water, i feel slight pain on my left breast. what could that be?

See a doctor: Get this examined. It suggests that with change in temperature there is alteration of tissue relationships in the area which then produces tenderness. Make sure this is entirely benign. They may recommend a mammogram. Suspect and hope all will be well.
