If i had strep throat but didn't treat it and it went away, could it reactivate if i get sick with a virus? could i develop rheumatic fever from it? i've developed an autoimmune disorder but only found out after covid?

Yes, untreated strep throat can lead to rheumatic fever. But as far as known, not other autoimmune disorders, and unrelated to later covid infection. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
