Would recommend a second opinion from a neurologist or sleep specialist. You may do best by switching to a dopamine agonist to handle the RLS. A sleep hygiene program needs to be instituted, as all sleep inducing medications are not successful longterm solutions due to tolerance. In summary, you need a total re-evaluation.
