If you vomit heavily in a short time, you may develop metabolic alkalosis and volume contraction or dehydrated (hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis). If the dehydration is severely enough, renal function may be acutely impaired then both serum creatinine and uric acid can be higher.

Yes throwing up throws up acid and you can get alkalotic. Many things can lead to high Uric acid: genes, dehydration, diuretics, HBP to mention a few. Acid base problems are one of the most difficult things most medical students struggle with.
