I am sure you want a specific answer. That is not possible based on this forum. More information is needed. Your uric acid level is high, which makes me consider few things but gout and kidney problems come to mind. You should see a doctor

Lab tests can be off. If you have no symptoms the dont worry but it was done for a specific reason let the ordering Md explain that to you
