What can i do at home to resolve bad constipation? for about a year now, its felt like theres more poop thats not coming out. im able to go and at times have decent bowel movements, but it feels like theres more im not getting out?

One should have one or 2 good bowel movements a day. The quantity is less critical. In case your BM is hard and requires straining to expel it out, you do not have constipation. So let us know more. In the meantime drink extra water(take one glass of water first thing in the morning daily) and also eat fruits(1-2 times daily.
