It appears that you have irritable bowel syndrome with alternating constipation & diarrhea. Lactose intolerance is another possibility if you can pinpoint dairy products as triggers. For IBS control look into the Fodmap diet to see what foods to avoid (google it). You can avoid gas buildup by taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals. A gastroenterologist can advise you best however.

A food log along with proper hydration and regular exercise may create a good start in better understanding the nature of your symptoms. Talk to your doc, having detailed information about the type of food and changes seen in case symptoms persist or worsen.
