I've been experiencing eczema for 11 years. i usually maintain it using cream for allergies and epy derm but sometimes it tends not to work. what could i use for it? and what can i use for removing acne as a patient with eczema?

Strong consideration please for Systemic therapy, now currently available, with new JAK drugs also pending shortly . Too much topical steroid preparations can certainly aggrevate Acne. Needs to be treated separately. All the best
