Any center would want antibiotics out of your system before you donate. Two days after the last dose amoxicillin should be out. The plasma center may have other restrictions so I would call before you go.

You have had surgery. Give your body time to heal. Right now your body needs a fully functioning circulatory system to carry nutrients to the surgeries area to support healing. 2 weeks would be minimum healing time. 2-6 months would be much better foir you.

I assume you didn't lose much blood. You can donate plasma 24 hours after your last dose of antibiotic. It's preferred that you donate no more frequently than once a month to give the best quality of albumin. Some commercial labs take plasma donations much more frequently.
