Your question is not complete. Please provide more information regarding your issue, medical diagnosis, any injury, trauma or deformity, your weight. Do you have flat foot etc.etc

More will be needed for an answer, but in general an exam will be needed, ideally with your doc or even better with a podiatrist or foot specialist. If you had previous trauma and/or surgeries on your feet starting with the ortho surgeon would be best.
