All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not a cause for concern about your prostate health, at this time. It does not say anything about the future. Wish you good health!

It is extremely unusual to have PSA done at your age. PSA of o.722 is fine at your age. If you have no history of Ca of the prostate in close family members there is nothing to be concerned at your age. No one can predict about future BPH or Cancer at your age. So relax and enjoy life . Get involved with PSA when you are over 40
