Epididymitis causes a lot of pain and swelling in the area. What you describe is more compatible with anxiety than epidid. Specially with the tests being neg. Self diagnosis is not good and causes more anxiety. If you still worry see a Urologist to put the matter to rest. In the meantime wear a comfortable support underwear. I think you will be fine even without the Uro consult.
