It is more likely you had motion sickness or possibly, depending on how high you flew even altitude sickness. If you've been asymptomatic from your concussive episode for a week then there wouldn't be any residual damage that could trigger symptoms. If you were still having headaches and other problems related to the concussion when you went skydiving the activity could exacerbate your symptoms

Not feasible to be precise, but you may have acquired a post-concessional syndrome. The described episode might be a post-traumatic migraine triggered initially by the head injury, and secondarily triggered by skydiving. See a neurologist.
