I was accidentally elbowed hard in the nose yesterday and don't believe it is broke as it never bleed and looks in place just swollen. But have had a headache since then and am sleepy. Could I get a concussion from that type of injury/ impact?

Fell and hit the back of my head. Went to the er with nausea, vomiting, blurred vision and a mild rear headache. Ct scan was clear. Diagnosed with concussion. Three hours after getting home the front of my head hurts. Is this normal?
My 3 year old son is complaining of headache and eye sensitivity. There is no fever, no nasuae no vomiting no ear ache or severe sinus. There is no sign of a head injury or a concussion his pupils also dialates according to light exposure.
