I have no urge to pee for 5 days. i only feel some pressure or i go every 3 hours to the bathroom. i have no pain and my urine stream is good and i have no other problem when urinating. is it something psychological? or physiological?

You will not feel the urge to void if you go to the restroom every three hours unless you drink a lot of water. It is only abnormal if you have overflow incontinence because you do not have the urge to void. If you are an average drinker, around 1.5 liters/day, your urine output will be around 65 cc/hr so it will take more than 5 hours to make your bladder fully distended with the urge to void.

If you are voiding a good volume each time then dont worry. But if the " no urge" feeling continues you need to see a Urologist to check you out
