My 6 year old son has foamy urine, he is active healthy,no swelling or edema anywhere but he does foamy urine and usually more when he holds up his urine overnight the stream is with pressure?

Foamy urine does not always indicate kidney disease. Urine with high albumin content due to kidney disease can cause foamy urine but the foam lasts long in the toilet bowl after his pee. The foam from high pressure when voiding quickly disappears. Sometimes, the chemical content of the water in the toilet bowl can make a difference.
