Foamy urine does not always indicate kidney disease. Urine with high albumin content due to kidney disease can cause foamy urine but the foam lasts long in the toilet bowl after his pee. The foam from high pressure when voiding quickly disappears. Sometimes, the chemical content of the water in the toilet bowl can make a difference. A urine dipstick test should be done if you want a correct answer
