earlier i had a tiny itch near me top lip, now its red! dosnt itch anymore just a little hot. it is not a bump either.what could this be?

Many possibilities: Anything from subclinical herpes outbreak to insect bite, to contact dermatitis. Without seeng it is impossible to tell. If it does not get better and go away soon, then go and show it to a doctor. Good luck.

Cold sore: Could be cold sore. If not getting better after a week , see a doc.
