You should see your doctor to discuss your options. Xanax may not be the best choice as it is very addicting. You may want to see a psychiatrist to discuss what the best options to treat this anxiety would be. A psychiatrist will be able to get this under control for you! Best of luck to you,

Interesting problem, what does your doctor say? This site features volunteer docs who answer health questions. They do not offer scripts/notes/view x-rays or do other direct care. Docs who prescribe to patients they have not evaluated can lose their license/livelihood, especially controlled drugs for anxiety. A doctor who has evaluated you can decide if this is okay for your system.

Suggest you consider cognitive-behavioral therapy and/ or biofeedback therapy. Xanax is a controlled substance and cannot be prescribed on this site. Best to avoid it completely.
