I take low dose methadone, 7.5mg pm and 2.5mg am for rls. i have .25mg xanax (alprazolam) for occasional anxiety. is it ok to take these together at these doses?

Yes but......: Methadone for RLS? RLS is typically treated with Iron (if you have RLS form low iron -called Ekbom Syndrome this usually works great.if you have RLS and your iron is normal the treatment is usually Dopamine agonists. Are you sure you are treating RLS and not neuropathy or some other condition?
