It can be anywhere from the reason for prostatectomy, late complications from surgery to completely unrelated bladder or kidney issues. Best to start with would be with your urologist who has the best view overall.

Gross hematuria with blood clots happened after sex. Urologists did a cystoscopy and it was all clear. Urinalysis was normal as well, no TB either. CT pelvic and abdominal cavity no findings. I'm on lexipro and take cialis, could that combo be it?
