Got 1 cold sore 3 yrs ago and now keep Valtrex to take any time I feel that sensation - have had no outbreak since. For 2 weeks now, my lip has been tingling in same spot - Ive taken Valtrex daily but it is still tingling. Is this a cold sore or ?
