Have mild hypothyroidism. its not auto immune one. on synthroid 25mcg for 7 years. can i gargle betadine sore throat solution when sick if i make sure i spit it all out? or it would mess up with my thyroid?

Although I don't think it would be an issue, but I'd rather see you gargle with a noniodine containing gargle product if you use one regularly.
