with hypothyroidism, does l-tyrosine raise or lower thyroid levels if your at a stable level?(on synthroid) i want to use it for mood support.thanks

L-tyrosine: It should not harm you but before you take it please contact your thyroid doctor. Regarding mood - if the doctor says no do not take it. In that case, if you still have mood issues a consult with a psychologist would be helpful.
