Sinusitis treatment with antibiotics is recommended usually for 1 week and increasing resistance to antibiotics is becoming common. With return of your symptoms and proven sinusitis it is likely that you will need more antibiotics, your doc will be best to adjust treatment at this point as felt necessary.

Hello, This sounds like recurring acute sinusitis with possible underlying chronic sinusitis. Saline nasal rinse used daily and follow with generic flonase. See an ENT physician. Often times sinus specialist may be in your area who can scan your sinuses on the first examination and determine a curative plan. Research a company named "Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Centers" may be in your area.
