August 2021 During flight back from LA to VA, midflight had a missive right sided head. diagnosed with sinusitis from ct scan. on and off for the last several years, its just right eye pain/pressure. eye issue ruled out. feel it more upon waking up?
Right eye pain/ sided headache. All started from a slight 2 years ago, with no prior experience before flight. Done workups with optho, ent and neuro. Mri is fine, CT sinusitis- but cannot correlate with symptoms? It comes and goes now, any help?

Mild to moderate scattered paranasal sinus mucosal thickening as above. Leftward nasal septal deviation. I did a ct scan of my sinuses. Had a ct scan before and diagnosed with sinusitis. I still have headaches, so in your opinion.this the cause?
Diagnosed with acute sinusitis, confirmed CT scan and was put on antibitoics zpack for 3 days. i felt better, but symptoms came back, mainly headfache and right eye pain. currently on 10 day amoxicillin(5th day on), but still feel symptoms. concern?
