May take time: It may take some time for the sinusitis to clear. Thus you may have the pain for awhile. Sometimes, if the antibiotics are not sufficient, it may be necessary to see an ENT specialist who may be able to drain out some of the mucus via endoscopy. This may help to decrease the sinusitis and make the antibiotics more effect.
