Have you had a follow-up CT scan of your sinuses? You may have inspissated mucus trapped in your frontal sinus. If so, this may require a drainage procedure to relieve your ongoing symptoms. An ENT specialist is best to evaluate & advise you. If no frontal sinus pathology, consult a neurologist as you may be experiencing neuralgia of the right supraorbital nerve. Any appropriate tests will be order

Does sound like chronic sinusitis exacerbated by pressure changes during your flight. An ENT thorough exam looking for structural changes that might have led to sinusitis as well as proper follow up may help in the long run.
