I assume you have been treated for acute epididymitis and it seems your symptoms have improved by your statement. Please be patient, it takes longer than 4 days for a complete recovery.

See a Urologist ASAP. In the meantime wear a scrotal support, take ibuprofen for pain and use a heating pad to the area for 15 minutes at a time three times a day
