I had STD three months back.. I got treatment.. I did PCR std test for seven pathogens. All negative. Urine test and urine culture normal.Still having a clear watery discharge,burning sensation, groin pain sometimes. Kindly advise?
Shock pain into tip of penis. Occasionally tickly like at same spot. Side of penis itches no lesions. Some pain at times in pelvis, scrotum and testicles. Std negative, normal urine test. Ultrasound normal. Cytoscopy normal. HPV cause this?

Std pcr urine test negative, but have redness around penis pee hole.. and some times slight discomfort after urinating.. seems sweat irritates it more as well.. any ideas ? my urologist isn't sure , what stds could cause this so I can try to rule out?
