I have hypervascular thyroid nodule 9x8mm on my right lobe. the past 3 days i noticed on my right the gland is swollen i see it in the mirror bigger than usual and when i touch it i feel it. what could be the cause of this?

Hyper vascular nodules occasionally outgrow their blood supply and bleed into themselves, casing an increase in size. This is not very likely, however, given the small size of this nodule.
