Thyroiditis on US: The findings of increased vascularity and irregular (inhomongenous) pattern are characteristics of Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is an autoimmune disorder causing underactive thyroid function. The 2 tiny solid nodules most likely are benign. A thyroidologist or endocrinologist can advise you best.
