I made other US. hypervascular thyroid nodule posterior aspect of right lobe 9x8mm which is hypoechoic and internal vascularity. they found also mildly prominent submandibular lymph node right side 6mm. Could be related or is normal that node?
If I had a thyroid scan that read: left lobe of gland is mildly enlarged at 5.8cm x 1.7 x 2.2 . There is a avascular 3 mm hypoechoic nodule in the lower pole of the left lobe. How would I know if it was " hot or cold"?

My Ft3 result is 4.97, FT4 is 21.95 and TSH is 1.59. My UTS result is normalsizd thyroid gland, complex nodules (Tirads 2) in d left thyroid lobe, no cervical lymphadenopathy. What are possible treatment?
