Many things can cause lymph nodes to swell - infection, inflammation, and irritation can trigger this part of the immune system. Certainly some bad things can cause it too such as cancer and things like lymphoma. However, pea-sized is very small and not usually concerning, and mobile is reassuring as well. Still a good history and exam can direct if labs (and maybe a biopsy) are needed

It is not feasible to know the cause without examining you. You may watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
