Are 1/2 inch benign lymph nodes considered to be swollen? and can reactive lymph nodes remain feelable 2 years after infection as 1/2 pea sized lumps with no change? and would 1/2 inch reactive lymph nodes be considered enlarged too?

Nodes this size are considered at resting size and can remain so forever. They likely do some work but if called upon to do more work they enlarge for weeks at a time before returning to resting size.
