I've had swollen lymph nodes around my body for 2 years. they haven't changed and i have no sumtoms of any cancers. all the nodes are pea sized and movable. what could this be? i've also had a infected ingrown toe nail for 2 years could it be that?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. The degree and extent of lymph node enlargement you described warrants investigation in person. It may require a biopsy of one of the nodes.
