I think i have a bladder prolapse and im 24 weeks pregnant. what do i have to worry about throughout the rest of my pregnancy and will delivery need to be c section?

It is unlikely that a bladder prolapse would be severe or cause problems for the rest of the pregnancy, other than discomfort and possible loss of bladder control. You also may just have normal pregnancy changes so have your provider take a look. Your risk of a C-section is not increased.

I assume that this your first pregnancy. Urinary urgency and frequency are common symptoms of pregnancy and do not necessarily imply bladder prolapse. Bladder symptoms are NOT an indication for Cesarean delivery. Discussion with your obstetrician and urinalysis should help alleviate your worry.

Self diagnosis is wrong and sometimes dangerous. Consult your OB-Gyn for exam and management and then you wont worry.
