Yesterday i had sudden increase of blood pressure accompanied with diziness when lying on my side.my blood pressure usually reads 100/80. yesterday it read 115/100. there were no other symtoms. should i wait or visit a specialist, please recommend?

That's a trivial chance in blood pressure. You can be sure it's a lot higher than that some of the time. This is nothing to be worried about!

How did you check your blood pressure at that time? The result 115/100 is likely not accurate. Remember the blood pressure cuff has to be at the heart level for an accurate result, e.g. if the cuff on the left arm when you are lying on the left side, the blood pressure will be high, especially the diastolic number.
