My blood pressure usually remains 110/60. i just checked it and it was 97/56. is this a normal reading? no dizziness, just a little tired.

Not exactly: Anything less than 100 systolic is considered technically hypotension, but if you have no symptoms it is of little concern. It is certainly better than hypertension. I don't think your blood pressure is the source of your tiredness.

Blood pressure: The change in pressure you note is not a big deal unless you have symptoms of dizziness, lightheadedness or weakness.
